Special Offers

Special Offer discounts are not applicable to items which are already part of another promotion. Unfortunately, Special Offer discounts do not apply to postal costs or some Special Order items.



Overseas Delivery

For international orders, we can sometimes offer additional options to those listed - please call or email for a postage quote. We are very flexible and will tailor the delivery to suit your needs. Postage rates shown are for standard mail rates. If you wish your parcel to be sent by air mail or would like it to be recorded, please let us know! We do not set out to make a profit on overseas postage, and we quite often run this service at a loss, so please understand if we have to charge a surcharge for delivery depending upon the weight of the item. If items are lost or damaged during postage to overseas destinations without 'International Signed For' postage being paid for, Tokyo Jazz Panda do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, as it is not covered by their parcel insurance. Where replacements or refunds are offered a postal surcharge may be levied to cover the basic costs of postage.



Free Delivery

If your order receives free delivery as a result of the total amount coming to £20+ a postage levy will be charged if items are refunded which take the order total under £20. Depending upon the final order amount, this levy will be charged at either £1.99 or £2.99 (standard Tokyo Jazz Panda Ltd delivery rates).



Returns Policy

All items bought at www.tokyojazzpanda.co.uk are covered by our 28-day returns policy. If the product is returned to us in a retail-worthy condition (this includes packaging) along with a receipt within this time, the customer is welcome to a full refund via the means with which the product was originally paid for. Depending upon the payment method, a small percentage may be deducted from your refund to cover card processing fees.

In case of a fault to the product, a refund or exchange will be offered up to and including the original amount. A refund will only be issued upon definitive proof that the item is faulty or broken.

After the 28-day period, returns are only accepted following prior arrangement with www.tokyojazzpanda.co.uk (for instance, if the item(s) were bought as a gift and a timescale was specified at the time of ordering).

Regrettably, Tokyo Jazz Panda cannot offer refunds upon postage costs incurred by returns and will only make refunds on items received back in-store. We would therefore recommend a postal service which offers tracking or compensation in case your return goes missing.

Items which are reduced in price (SALE items) or that are listed as being SPECIAL OFFERS are non-refundable.

Special Orders

Special Orders are non-returnable and must be paid in-full before stock will be brought in to the shop. This is to prevent prank orders and to protect the interests of the company. Please contact us if you require further information.
